Xi'an
Day 1: Terracotta Warriors, City Wall of Xi'an, Mouslim Quarter
(This 1-day tour will last about 8 hours)
8 am Our guide will meet you at your hotel lobby, and then you will head to the world famous Terracotta Warriors (about 1 hour drive).
9 am The more than 8,000 warriors that first Emperor of China, Qin Shihuangdi once built to protect him in the afterlife are now the most famous landmark of China after the Great Wall.
The highlights are the three pits and the Exhibition of Bronze Chariots, the Pit 1 is the largest one containing at least 6,000 terracotta figures in battle formation, the the Pit 2 is the most spectacular one for the variety of divisions and the Pit 3 represents the command post.
11 am You will enjoy your lunch in a local restaurant, before you head to our afternoon activities.
12 am Back to the Xi’an city, you will visit the ancient city wall which hat has been guarding the inner city of Xi’an since the 13th century. You will climb up to the city wall and have the opportunity to take a walk or even a short cycle tour (Optional: 7 USD for 2 hours) on the wall to enjoy the panorama view of the city.
2 pm Your last stop will be the Muslim Quarter where you can have a pleasant stroll to taste local snacks and buy souvenirs. The Great Mosque used by the Muslim Hui minority today is within walking distance, a visit is totally worthwhile.
4 pm Our guide and driver will send you back to your hotel, we hope you have a pleasant journey with us.
