Shanghai Highlights Private Tour

Upon your arrival at the airport or railway station, your guide will pick you up and escort you to the Bund, a busy historical street used to be the British Concession in the 19th century. You can take a relaxing walk to enjoy the beautiful distant view of the river banks, where the iconic skyscrapers like the Oriental Pearl Tower, Jinmao Building, 100-storey Shanghai World Financial Center and the exotic building clusters. After that, you can also walk about 300 meters to explore the nearby Nanjing Road, the most prominent commercial street in Shanghai where you will feel the hustle and bustle of this metropolis and find some special souvenirs.
Finally, we will escort you to your hotel and help you with the check-in.

At the appointed time in the morning, we will pick you up at your hotel and drive for an hour to Zhujiajiao Water Town, a beautiful town that seems like a completely different world from the hustle and bustle of Shanghai. Accompanied by your guide, you will enjoy the unique elegance of this watery region by visiting the ancient residence, 100-year-old Zhujiajiao Post Office, City God Temple and so on.
After that, we will drive back to Shanghai city and continue to visit Jade Buddha Temple, a 19th-century Buddhist temple complex built in the traditional chinese style. Inside the temple, you will see some cultural relics that date back to over 1400 years ago and two Buddha sculptures both carved from a single piece of Jade.
Then we will move to the last destination of today, the Tianzifang, a peaceful pedestrian street rebuilt on the basis of the traditional residence of Shanghai. Embraced by the well-designed shops with creative decorations, a meander through the beautiful streets will bring you a wonderful experience that filled with artistic atmosphere. After the visit, we will escort you back to your hotel.

After breakfast, we will meet you at your hotel and take you for a guided visit of the Shanghai Museum, home of more than 120000 precious historical and cultural relics. Then we will proceed to the Yu Garden. It was once a private garden complex built over 450 years ago in the Ming Dynasty and now it is the perfect place for some quiet time after a busy morning of sightseeing in the city.
Next, we will walk to the nearby Yuyuan Old Street where you will get an eyeful of traditional-styled shops, selling a variety of authentic street snacks and cuisines.
In the afternoon, we will see you off at the airport or railway station.
